          Model 50 CNC pipe bender can process pipe fittings with a maximum diameter of 50mm, especially suitable for bending pipe fittings with a diameter of 28~42mm. This model is designed in full gear mode. With its extremely high transmission rigidity and bending torque, it is equipped with a high-precision RV Reducer to ensure extremely high bending accuracy. This pipe bender is the main model of our company, with design redundancy, which exceeds the first-class level in the industry. The equipment is equipped with industrial robots and our pipe fitting automatic feeding rack, which can be set up into an automatic bending workstation.

          Working Principle

          The model 50 multi-layer mold numerical control pipe bender adopts three power sources of servo motor, compressed air and hydraulic pressure to drive the equipment action, so as to realize high-speed and accurate digital control pipe bending.
          The disassembly actions of the machine include clamping, bending, core pulling, feeding, pipe transferring, demoulding, mold changing and trusteeship.
          Action flow of full-automatic bending:
          1. Clamping pipe fittings (hydraulic drive, including two pipe clamping actions of main clamp and guide clamp);
          2. Elbow (driven by servo motor, the precise RV Reducer cooperates with the grinding helical gear drive to perform elbow action);
          3. Feeding (driven by servo motor, planetary reducer and gear rack vice drive for pipe feeding and positioning);
          4. Rotating pipe (driven by servo motor, the space angle between two bending arc planes is positioned during continuous bending);
          5. Demoulding (driven by servo motor and driven by gear rack, the pipe fittings are separated from / close to the bending wheel mold);
          6. Mold change (driven by servo motor, switching between mold layers can be realized when multiple sets of bending molds are installed at the same time)
          7. Core pulling (hydraulic drive, used when bending thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings, can be closed);
          8. Trusteeship (lift the longer pipe fitting to avoid the pipe fitting sagging and falling away from the wheel model cavity).

          RV Reducer with fine grinding gear to achieve high precision
          The bending action of the CNC pipe bending machine is completed by using the precision RV Reducer with fine grinding gear. The back clearance of the reducer is less than 3 arc minutes. The gear set is designed with a clearance elimination structure. At the same time, the tooth transmission eliminates the polygon effect in the chain transmission process, makes the subdivision angle of the pipe bending more refined, and can greatly improve the arc pushing accuracy.
          The large redundancy design makes the precision elbow flexible
          The full series of model 50 multi-layer mold CNC pipe bender is equipped with large modulus precision grinding helical gear rack pairs, which surpasses the linear guide rail models of the same level models. When the equipment works, it still has great redundant rigidity under the condition of maximizing the kinetic energy of various power elements, ensuring the bending accuracy and service life of the equipment,
          Unlimited programming mode and diversified automatic workstation scalability
          The control system of this machine is designed with unrestricted self editing mode, which can edit any manual action into an automatic workflow, greatly improving the flexibility of equipment action. In addition, MES, robot, three coordinate and other interfaces are reserved to facilitate the extension and development of automatic workstation.
          Mitsubishi plc+ absolute value servo realizes full closed loop control
          In order to further improve the bending accuracy, the CNC pipe bending machine adopts Mitsubishi high-end series plc+ absolute value servo, and realizes the full closed-loop control of the precision engraving machine level through the control mode of EtherCAT communication, avoiding the accuracy loss caused by signal interference, pulse loss, origin loss and other reasons in the traditional control mode.
          Advantech host computer + independent pipe bending machine CNC system to realize the diversification of equipment functions
          Based on the Advantech host computer as the hardware carrier, the equipment independently developed the numerical control system of the pipe bending machine. In addition to the basic functions of the pipe bender, the CNC system also develops the functions of pipe fitting 3D graphics import self programming, pipe fitting 3D preview, dynamic machining simulation, remote diagnosis assistance and so on.
          Strong pushing function and servo auxiliary pushing function to cope with small radius thin-walled pipe
          The full series of model 50 multi-layer die CNC pipe bender is equipped with high-power feeding servo motor. Through the powerful back boost function, it can cope with the production of thin-walled stainless steel tubes and stably realize 1dr small radius bending. Optional servo side pushing function to further reduce the pipe clamping section and the thinning rate of the outer wall.

          The pipe fitting is 34*4mm iron pipe, which contains multiple bending radii, and includes the bending angle of very short clamping section and large radius arc pushing. This machine adopts multi-layer molds, and designs profiling fixtures and arc pushing molds to successfully complete product bending. The overall bending action is accurate and smooth.
